  • Worked closely with HR manager and In-house counsel of several multinational companies, including Western Union to develop and implement policies involving employment issues and to address certain issues;
  • Advised a major multinational company in all aspects involving employment law issues, including transfer of employees, foreign-employees, compensation and benefits, labor discipline, termination due to restructuring;
  • Served on several Due Diligence teams to determine legal compliance of target companies employment practices and personal income tax matters;
  • Advise several companies and assist to negotiate termination of senior employees;
  • Successfully assisted in defense of manufacturing companies in lawsuits brought by former employees, claiming unlawful termination and violation of rules on contribution to social insurance;
  • Drafted, tailored, translated and filed International Labor Regulations for numerous companies.
