Tuan joined Russin & Vecchi in 1992 and has been involved almost exclusively in Intellectual property matters since then. He assists international companies to register their Intellectual property assets in Vietnam, including trademarks, patents, copyrights and licenses.

Tuan is well experienced in enforcement of IP rights. He has experience in the investigation and conduct of raids on counterfeiters.

He assists clients to negotiate with domain name owners to buy out domain names. Tuan has been involved in several landmark IP rulings on behalf of clients.
