Binh joined Russin & Vecchi in 2004 and has 20 years of experience practicing law.

Her expertise includes corporate, banking, anti-trust and real estate law.

Binh handles complex matters involving banking, M&A and corporate restructuring. She also specializes in commercial arrangements in banking and in the hospitality industry.

She is a senior lecturer in law and is a legal researcher. She has written widely in both English and Vietnamese on the areas of her expertise.

  • Has assisted several hotel management companies, including InterContinental, Hyatt, Marriott, Starwood, Windsor Property Management and has worked for several hotel owners;
  • Assists a number of real estate developers such as Phu My Hung, Son Kim Land, EZ Land, VinaCapital, TD Corporation in their real estate development projects;
  • Interacts with government bodies at a local and central government levelin connection with client compliance matters.
