Binh joined Russin & Vecchi in 2004 and has almost 20 years experience practicing law. Her expertise includes corporate, banking, anti-trust and real estate law. Binh handles complex matters involving banking, M&A and corporate restructuring. She also specializes in commercial arrangements in banking and the hospitality industry. She is a senior lecturer in law and is a legal researcher. She has written widely in both English and Vietnamese in the areas of her expertise.
