  • In charge of a Due Diligence teams which reviewed targets in Ayala’s series of acquisitions of a majority stake in Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment JSC (CII), Berli Jucker’s acquisition of Metro’s Cash & Carry, Hoan My Medical Corporation’s acquisitions of several private hospitals and clinics;
  • Assisted PTT Public Company Limited to divest its interest in its joint venture with Petro Vietnam Southern Gas;
  • Advised clients (Monster Energy, Associated British Foods, Marshall Amplification, Jotun, etc.) on issues involving material aspects of their operation: employment and training; construction issues; interactions with government agencies on daily operations, restructuring subsidiaries;
  • Advised and assisted TNT Express to restructure its joint venture with a state-owned partner, including, over time, acquiring the state-owned partner’s interest;
  • Advising AC Energy in its investments in various renewable energy projects;
  • Providing licensing advice and structuring to incorporate and to license various real estate investment projects: Midtown project, UOA Tower, Saigon South Residences, etc.
