Mr Tam has practiced law since 2005 and has been with Russin & Vecchi since 2011. His practice focuses on commercial issues, investments and competition matters.

He has experience advising on corporate matters, M&A transactions and competition and compliance matters, particularly in real estate, energy, healthcare, telecoms, manufacturing and distribution. Mr Tam has been involved in many of the firm’s corporate matters.
