Viet is an Associate based in Russin & Vecchi’s Hanoi Office. He has close to a decade of experience practicing corporate and commercial law, with a focus on real estate and hospitality management and privacy and data cybersecurity. Viet is also involved in our insurance practice.

He counsels clients on a broad range of data privacy and cybersecurity issues, including data audit, diligence, governance programs and compliance. He also represents clients in various transactions in the field of hospitality management and real estate development.

Viet is a member of the Data Protection & Security Practice Group and the Tech Practice Group of Meritas.
