Tuan graduated from Hanoi Law University (High-quality Training Program) in 2022. While in law school, Tuan participated and awarded prizes in several scientific research competitions. He also won the Third Prize in Vietnam CISG Pre-Moot in 2021, and represented Vietnam team in ALSA International Moot Court in 2022.

In 2021, Tuan received the Globalized Era Scholarship (GES) in Hanoi.

Tuan joined Russin & Vecchi in 2024 as a Paralegal.

He has broad research experience and legal skills.

Member of team advising an American hospitality group in respect of engagement, management and operations of various hospitality and residential projects throughout Vietnam;

Assisted lawyers to translate and prepare documents related to ESOPs implementation in Vietnam;

Prepared and filed applications documents regarding Mergers & Acquisitions cases for clients from Italy, China and the Netherlands;

Prepared and applications documents to modify enterprises operations.

Provided several advice for clients relating to operation of factories, labor, competition, compliance, etc.
