She is mostly involved in corporate, investment, M&A and civil law matters. Thuy is active in corporate governance matters, and has advised on general matters that relate to foreign investment, corporate compliance and in the healthcare industry.   • Key member of Due Diligence team on M&A projects such as: several software development companies; eyecare clinics and a chain of laboratory; several target hospitals for Hoan My Group; several real estate projects for Phu My Hung Corporation; Due Diligence work for wind power projects in central Vietnam provinces and a waste-to-energy project in the south of Vietnam; coordinate all closing works for M&A;
  • Assist in the establishment of a Chinese EPE enterprise and further advise on the operational contracts and related matters for the EPE enterprise;
  • Successfully assisted in corporate and licensing matters involving unnamed American chipmaker and group of electric equipment manufacturers and traders;

  • Assisted several airlines to comply with reporting requirements, foreign employment matters;
  • Contribute to over-arching legal framework memo for investment in renewable energy projects in Vietnam for AC Energy.
