Our scope of work includes providing advice to the EPC contractor, assisting with the establishment of the project management office of the contractor and obtaining the construction activities license;

Advised Binh An Water Company, the first completion of the first Build-Operate-Transfer project for clean water supply in Vietnam;

Advised AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited, a Thailand leading manufacturing company in the automative area listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, in their joint venture project with VINFAST, a significant subsidiary of VINGROUP – one of the larges conglomerates listed on the Stock Exchange of Vietnam;

Advising Bank Of China (HK), to build a regional transaction banking platform in order to facilitate and enhance services to commercial customers in Hong Kong and across the ASEAN jurisdiction and to standardize all services and products across the region;

Advising China-based EPC contractor, a in relation to a 50MW turnkey solar power plant project with a project value of over USD50 million;

Advising Miniso Corporation Vietnam, a China based low-cost retailer and variety store chain that specializes in household and consumer products with more than 1800 stores on its corporate matters;

Advised a leading primary healthcare providers in the Asia Pacific Region owning over 250 medical clinics, dental clinics and medical imaging centres in its first joint venture into Vietnam. Our scope of work incudes due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, advising on capital increase procedures and regulatory issues;

Advised a sovereign wealth fund of the Malaysian government, on a proposed investment into one of the largest food and beverage chains in Vietnam at an onshore and offshore level.
