Russin & Vecchi acted for Wind Power Lac Hoa and Wind Power Hoa Dong–subsidiaries of ACEN and UPC–in a successful procurement of a total US$50 million non-revolving loan from Vietcombank – Ky Dong Branch for their wind farm projects located in Can Tho City.  The project followed a committed 2 weeks strict timeframe for negotiation, execution and disbursement in January 2026.
