  • Served on one of the Due Diligence teams that conducted legal due diligence; targets have included clothing and solar manufacturers, tourism enterprises, dental clinic, an international school, hotels, and villas;

  • Prepared and filed application documents to register foreign loans for enterprises;
  • Assisted lawyers to determine whether contractors have fulfilled legal conditions to bid on a beverage factory construction project;
