We act for Phu My Hung and its wholly owned subsidiary, Saigon South Residences, in a project valued at US$830 million, the largest real estate project in Vietnam in several years.  Phu My Hung is the primary developer of this project which is a 200-hectare ecological urban zone in Bac Ninh.  We acted in the initial structuring of the project and continued to act in the recent M&A transaction for the transfer of 49% of the project to the Japanese real estate conglomerate, Nomura.  We prepared and negotiated all M&A agreements, advised the client on regulatory and land matters, and assisted in regulatory filings.  We remain involved in all matters related to implementation of the project.
