Russin & Vecchi acted as legal counsel in Coca-Cola in the establishment of its new factory in Long An Province (with a total investment of approximately US$136 million). We assisted Coca-Cola to negotiate with Long An authorities in relation to tax incentives, the licensing processes, land-related and construction-related matters. During the construction stage of the factory, we assisted Coca-Cola to work with its construction vendors.
