Thuy joined Russin & Vecchi in 2007. She has been involved in corporate, investments, M&A and civil law matters. Thuy is mostly active in corporate governance, and has advised on general matters relating to foreign investment, corporate compliance and in healthcare industry. She has deep experience in due diligence investigations, offshore loan management, work permits for foreign experts.

  • Key member of Due Diligence team on M&A projects such as: several software development companies; eyecare clinics and a chain of laboratory; several target hospitals for Hoan My Group; several real estate projects for Phu My Hung Corporation; Due Diligence work for wind power projects in central Vietnam provinces and waste-to-energy project in the south of Vietnam; and coordinating all closing works for M&A.
  • Providing regulatory advice to international corporations, including Sealed Air, Western Union, UPS, etc.

  • Contributing to over-archiving legal framework memo for investment in renewable energy projects in Vietnam for AC Energy.
