Russin & Vecchi acted as Vietnam counsel for Marriott International in connection with its appointment as manager of Grand Marina Saigon, one of the largest residential developments in Vietnam. Globally the project is the largest Marriott-branded residential development.

We helped create Marriott International’s unique operational and management structure and the unique technical, financial and management agreements that were required.  We supported Marriott throughout the process including obtaining all licenses and regulatory approvals.
